Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to sign in and use the points, redemption, and checkout features. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use those features with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You sign in with Twitch; you're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Twitch login secure. Don't impersonate others or use the site in a way that violates Twitch's terms.

• Points earned through the watch-to-earn program have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Points and rewards are a promotional perk. We may adjust earn rates, redemption costs, available rewards, and expiration at any time, and we may correct or reverse balances gained through bugs, automation, or abuse.
• Attempting to game the points system — spoofing watch time, running bots or multiple accounts, or otherwise manipulating the economy — may result in forfeited points and loss of access.
• Point-based redemptions are fulfilled at our discretion and subject to availability.

• Merch is sold for real money and paid through PayPal. Prices, shipping costs, and availability are shown at checkout and may change.
• Items are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partners (Apliiq / Fourthwall). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Because items are made to order, we generally cannot cancel or change an order once fulfillment begins. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the site.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content, code, or branding except as allowed by law or with our permission.

The GameTimeTy name, logo, graphics, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, PayPal, Sleeper, and others) belong to their respective owners.

GameTimeTy is an independent fan and creator project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL), the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), any NFL team, Twitch, YouTube, Google, Discord, PayPal, or Sleeper. Player names, team names, statistics, and other references are used for informational, commentary, and entertainment purposes only, and all related trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

The site integrates services like Twitch, YouTube, PayPal, Discord, Sleeper, and Resend. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them. In particular, this site and its associated tooling use YouTube API Services — by using YouTube content on this site you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that streams, points, or rewards will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameTimeTy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to merchandise is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
